Returns

We accept returns or exchanges on any unopened, unused products. If you wish to return your unopened, unused, product, please contact us at help@midwestskincare.com and request a Return Authorization Number. All products must be returned within 30 days of your receipt of the item and just be returned in their original, unopened packaging. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs for returns. Upon receipt of a return, please allow 7 days to process your refund. Your refund will exclude all postage costs associated with the shipment of the product to you.

Although we strive for accuracy and excellence, on rare occasion, we make a mistake. If there is a mistake with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. Likewise, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturer’s defect, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will fix our error or replaced damaged products right away!

If you are experiencing a problem with a product including adverse side effects or reactions, please contact us immediately so we can provide advice, assistance, or an exchange/return.
