Thanks for visiting Midwest Skincare. We have been providing high quality skin care products on the internet since 2003. We have a combined 24 years of experience in medical and aesthetic skin care and are available to answer any of your questions about skin care products. Which are the best products for your stubborn adult acne? Do you have anything for very sensitive skin? What would you recommend for fine lines and wrinkles and sun damage? Just email us--we're happy to discuss your specific skin care needs. Also, email us if you don’t see a product you are interested in. Our products are always new and fresh.

What is your Shipping Policy?
We are able to ship out most products either the same day or the next day after payment is received. We ship worldwide via the US Post Office. For shipments within the US, we offer First Class, Priority or Express Mail shipping with delivery confirmation. If you have special shipping requests, please let us know. International Shipping Information: We offer First Class, Priority, and Express International shipping through the US Post Office. Express shipping is the ONLY method that offers door to door tracking for international packages. Priority Mail offers limited tracking ability, but First Class Mail does NOT OFFER ANY TRACKING. If you would like to be able to track your package, please do NOT choose First Class International Mail during your checkout. Typically, First Class International Airmail takes 7-14 business days to arrive while Priority Mail takes 6-10 business days and Express Mail takes 3-5 business days to arrive. All delivery times are APPROXIMATE and exclude any delays in passing through customs. If your package experiences delays in passing though customs, these delivery times can be increased. International Customs: Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from the US. You as the buyer are solely responsible for payment of any and all taxes, fees, duties, or tariffs assessed by your country at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for these and cannot quote these fees. Please contact your local customs agency for additional information. Shipping to Italy and Brazil: Shipping to Italy and Brazil is slow and often unreliable. In addition, the Italian customs office has very strict regulations about products that can be imported into the country. Please note that First Class Mail takes 60 days for delivery to Italy. Shipments going to Brazil are frequently delayed in customs and may take 60 days as well. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND FIRST CLASS MAIL FOR SHIPPING TO ITALY or BRAZIL not only because this method is very slow, but also because it offers absolutely no tracking ability. We highly recommend that you choose Priority or Express Mail for shipping to Italy or Brazil. Please note that if the product you are ordering is not allowed to be imported into Italy, your package would be confiscated by the Italian customs office. Please contact the Italian customs office BEFORE placing an order to verify that you may import any item you wish to purchase from us into your country. Please contact us if you have any questions about orders to be shipped to Italy.

What is your Return Policy?
Returns or Exchanges: Seller assumes no responsibility for efficacy of product or any possible skin reactions. Because of the nature of skin care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. If there is an error on our part, we will, of course, gladly fix the problem!

We are normally able to answer questions within a very short period of time, but if we are very busy, our response might take up to 24 hours.
