Neova Make-Up Remover was designed to dissolve all make-up, including mascara, without drying out the skin. This oil-free, fragrance free formula is non-irritating to even the most sensitive skin.
 

 Skin Type: Ideal for all skin types.

 

Instructions for Use: Pour a small amount onto a cotton pad or wash cloth, quickly wisk across forehead, chin, neck and cheeks. Using other side of cloth, wipe eyelids and under eyes. We recommend following with Neova's Herbal Wash for optimum results.
